NGK also sets standards in terms of delivery reliability: our products are shipped from a separate aftermarket warehouse. With an area of about 6,000 square meters, this warehouse contains the entire line of products from all inventory groups. Under certain circumstances, urgent small orders can even be sent via express delivery or at night.
NGK also provides support for repair shops and retailers with extensive information, including technical brochures, service information and catalogues. Sales and product management personnel are available at all times to provide individual and personal customer support.
